  • We only offer replacements for products that are received in a damaged condition.
  • To be eligible, you must appeal within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How to Request a Replacement

  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Order Number
    • Clear photos of the damaged product
    • Brief description of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the replacement process.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer replacements for reasons other than product damage.
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Once approved, we will process your replacement and provide further details.
